Nick Haywood graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology’s film and video program in 2012. He has worked in the independent film community as a writer, producer, actor and director, and comes to the AFA from his most recent position as Technical Director with NUTV at the University of Calgary. Nick has long been an active arts advocate and administrator, previously working with the Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers and as board president with the Alberta Media Arts Alliance Society.
